To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, if he will make it his policy to monitor air quality outside all schools as part of the revised Air Quality Plan.

Answer
The Government has recently consulted on a draft Air Quality Plan setting out our approach to reducing levels of nitrogen dioxide. The responses to the consultation are currently being considered. The final plan, including details on monitoring, will be published by 31 July.
