Asked by:
Karin Smyth (Labour)

Answer

NHS England hold the contract with Capita Business Services Ltd for primary care support services. No estimate has been made of the cost to the National Health Service of dealing with the missed requirements of Capita in relation to the contract, but NHS England inform us that they continue to work with Capita to mitigate implications for the service and rectify any issues to ensure that services are at an acceptable and sustainable standard.
