Bereavement Benefits (7 February 2017)

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, whether his Department plans to publish an updated impact assessment for plans to replace bereavement benefits with bereavement support payments; and if he will make a statement.

The Department published an impact assessment in 2014 that contained a very detailed analysis of the Bereavement Support Payment which was introduced by the Pensions Act 2014.
