Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (19 January 2017)

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what post-legislative assessment her Department has carried out on the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 since it was brought into force; if she will place in the Library a copy of that assessment; and if she will make a statement.

The Department has submitted a post-legislative scrutiny memorandum on the Flood and Water Management Act to the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee. The memorandum was laid in the House on Tuesday 24 January 2017.
