The Government intends to provide further details about the Patient Capital Review announced by the Prime Minister on 21 November in the forthcoming Industrial Strategy Discussion Paper. The HM Treasury-led review will be supported by an advisory panel chaired by Sir Damon Buffini. The members of the advisory panel will not be remunerated.
