The GOV.UK website contains a detailed breakdown of funding for flood and coastal erosion risk management in England. The document can be found at the webpage for ‘Central Government Funding for Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management in England’.
During the financial year 2015/6 we spent £710.8m. This is the most recent 12-month period for which data is available. The document will be updated with 2016/17 expenditure in the summer of 2017.
