Answer
The £2.5bn capital investment covers the period 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2021. A comprehensive list of projects is available at https://www.gov.uk/search?q=Programme+of+flood+and+coastal+erosion+risk+management+schemes. The list indicates whether the scheme is in the construction, development or pipeline phase. This programme is live and will continue to be updated.
