To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether the Rail Delivery Group has discussed the infrastructure alliance planned between West Coast Trains (WCT) Ltd and Network Rail as part of the franchise directly awarded to WCT Ltd on 19 June 2014.

I am not aware of any discussions at the Rail Delivery Group on an "infrastructure alliance" between West Coast Trains Limited and Network Rail.
