To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many officials of her Department have opted out of the EU Working Time Directive.

Answer
Information relating to Home Office officials who opt out of the Working Time Regulations is not held centrally. Collating locally held records could only be carried out at disproportionate cost.
