To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, by what date he expects all UK Overseas Territories to have adopted central registers of beneficial ownership accessible to UK Law enforcement.

Those Overseas Territories with financial centres that concluded bilateral arrangements with the UK in April 2016 have committed to establish, where they have not already done so, central registers of beneficial ownership information or similarly effective systems by June 2017.
