To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, when he plans to publish the Government's response to its consultation on devolving Sunday trading rules published in August 2015.

The Government published its response to the consultation on devolving Sunday trading rules on 9 February and it is available online at: https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/devolving-sunday-trading-rules, and in the libraries of both Houses.
