Answer
The National Health Service Litigation Authority maintains data sets relating to the following:
- Management of clinical negligence and other non-clinical claims against the National Health Service in England on behalf of member organisations;
- Referrals to the National Clinical Assessment Service;
- Appeals in primary care contract disputes;
- Notifications made under the Performers List Regulations; and
- Operation of the Healthcare Professional Alert Notice System.
