To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether his Department received a copy of Network Rail's Control Period 5 Business Plan Update on 31 March 2015.

Answer
The Department did not receive a copy of Network Rail's Control Period 5 Business Plan Update on 31 March 2015. However, a letter from Mark Carne to Richard Price (the Chief Executive of Office of Rail and Road) on this subject was copied to the relevant official in the Department on that date.
