To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 6 July 2015 to Question 5189, whether Network Rail's Accounting Officer has sought formal direction to proceed on any matter from his Department's Principal Accounting Officer since 1 September 2014.

Network Rail’s Accounting Officer has not asked for the formal direction of the Department’s Principal Accounting Officer to proceed on any matter.
