Falkland Islands: Fisheries (4 September 2015)

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, whether observers have been placed on any of the vessels which were recently reported to have infringed their licensing agreements in the Falkland Islands to ensure compliance with all licence requirements.

As these alleged infringements are currently the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation we cannot comment any further.
