To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, whether his Department has made any investigation into commercial fishing licence infringements reported in the Falkland Islands in the last month.

Asked by:
Kerry McCarthy (Labour)

Answer

A decision has yet to be taken as to whether the cases will proceed to prosecution; that is a matter for the Attorney General of the Falkland Islands.
