To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 16 July 2015 to Question 6793, whether he has seen or requested a copy of the list of projects that would be stopped or refused which was referred to on page 3 of Network Rail's Board minutes of 25 November 2014.

No projects are being cancelled. The Secretary of State has asked Sir Peter Hendy to put forward proposals for re-planning the CP5 investment programme to ensure it can be delivered effectively and efficiently.
