To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what representations he has received on proposed changes to the number of student places offered in art and design foundation diplomas.

We have received no representations on this matter. It is for providers to determine how to use their allocations and what provision and places to offer depending on learner and employer demand.
