The department does not hold centrally the information requested.
Sure Start Children’s Centres Statutory Guidance states that local authorities should ensure their network of children’s centres is accessible to all families with young children in their area and that opening times and availability of services meets the needs of families in their area.

There is a strong network of children’s centres, with 2,677 main children’s centres open, along with 705 additional sites. Most recent data shows a record number of families, more than 1 million, are using children’s centres and that centres are successfully reaching out to 90% of eligible families registered.
