Railways: Radlett (15 July 2015)

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 7 July 2015 to Question 4550, what estimate his Department made of what the source of the funding would be for the work required on the Elstree Tunnels prior to his approval of the planning application for the Radlett Strategic Rail Freight Terminal.
