Right to Buy Scheme (8 July 2015)

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the potential effect of the selling of vacant council homes to fund the extension of right to buy to housing associations on the ability of young people to keep residing in the area where they grew up.
