Network Rail (7 July 2015)

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 6 July 2015 to Question 4905, whether the forecasts provided by Network Rail in March 2015 for Control Period 5 delivery volumes and costs also included enhancements.

Some early and developing assessments of the variance in enhancements costs were provided. It was recognised that these required firming up as many projects were still at an early stage in the project life cycle.
