To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, when all challenges to the 2010 Rating List for England and Wales will be finally resolved.

Answer
The Valuation Office Agency will endeavour to clear these appeals as quickly as possible. It will look to prioritise the clearance of appeals, as it always does, to support businesses in hardship.
