One non-executive board member has left the Department’s board since May 2015: My Noble Friend the Lord O’Neill of Gatley was a non-executive board member for one year and eight months and resigned on his appointment as Commercial Secretary to the Treasury. Sir Theodore Agnew resigned from the Department’s board in March 2015 after four years and eight months in post.
My Rt Hon Friend, the Member for Loughborough Nicky Morgan, appointed Marion Plant OBE as non-executive board member for the Department for Education in January 2015.
