Question Asked

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what recent discussions he has had with the Social Mobility and Child Poverty Commission on the Government's progress on the poverty reduction targets set out in the Child Poverty Act 2010.

Answer

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions met periodically with the Chair of the Social Mobility and Child Poverty Commission over the course of the last Parliament. As yet, there have been no discussions in this Parliament.
