To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what the average retail price was of a (a) one-bed, (b) two-bed, (c) three-bed and (d) four-bed unit in (i) council, (ii) registered social landlord and (iii) private housing in York Central constituency in the most recent period for which figures are available.
