To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the cost to the public purse was of the Commission on a Bill of Rights between 18 March 2011 and 18 December 2012.

As reported in the Commission’s final report, which was published on 18 December 2012 and can be found at: http://www.justice.gov.uk/about/cbr, its total expenditure was approximately £700,000.
