To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 3 June 2015 to Question 368, whether the proposed British Bill of Rights will extend to Northern Ireland.

Answer
We will consider the implications of a Bill of Rights on devolution as we develop our proposals. We will, of course, fully engage with the devolved administrations.
