To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many outstanding disputes there are with train operating companies over payments relating to the decision to hold regulated fares increases at RPI in 2014 and 2015.

We have no outstanding disputes with train operating companies over payments relating to the decision to hold regulated fare increases at the level of RPI in 2014 and 2015.
