To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what information her Department holds on the number and proportion of criminal cases which could not proceed owing to diplomatic immunity in each of the last three years.

Answer

The Home Office does not collect data centrally from police forces on the number of criminal cases which cannot proceed owing to diplomatic immunity.
