To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps are being taken to detect and deter the theft of postboxes in Christchurch constituency.

Answer
Action to detect and deter the theft of postboxes in Christchurch constituency
is a matter for Dorset police in the first instance. Concerns about such
thefts can also be raised with the office of the Police and Crime Commissioner
for Dorset, who will want to ensure that the police are responding to the
concerns and priorities of the local community.
