To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, with reference to the FCDO annual review of the FSDA - Financial Sector Deepening Africa Platform, reviewed on 17 October 2025, what estimate he has made of the cost to the public purse of capital invested through FSDAi which has generated returns below the programme's expectations.
