To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, with reference to the FCDO annual review of the FSDA - Financial Sector Deepening Africa Platform, reviewed on 17 October 2025, what assessment he has made of the potential impact of the finding that one third of interventions assessed were delivering the quality and quantity of outputs within the available resources and timeframe on value for money.
