To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, with reference to the FCDO annual review of the FSDA - Financial Sector Deepening Africa Platform, reviewed on 17 October 2025, what assessment has been made of the potential implications for his Department's policies of the finding that approximately one third of the 36 interventions assessed were producing the quality and quantity of outputs within the available resources and timeframe.
