To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, what assessment her Department has made of the potential impact of electricity policy costs on the competitiveness of low-carbon heat networks relative to gas heating; and if she will consider removing the Renewables Obligation cost from electricity used by heat network energy centres.
