To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what is the current amount of facility time given to the trade unions by DfT Operator Limited (DFTO) (a) in cash and (b) as percentage of paybill terms; and whether DFTO plans to increase this further as a consequence of the new Civil Service facility time framework.
