To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, further to the No10 press release, "Free bus travel 24/7 for disabled people as Prime Minister takes further action to ease cost of living", of 17 August 2026, over what financial years is the £60 million being provided; and whether this is additional DfT spending, spending from unallocated budgets, or from reductions to other budgets.
