To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the answer of 28 August 2026, to Question 17510, on Department for Transport: Public Relations, if she will place in the Library a copy of the (a) Scope of Work document and (b) project specification for the Network Rail contract with Lexington Communications; and what is the Future Governance Forum project terms of reference.
