To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, further to the oral statement by the Prime Minister of 1 September 2026, Official Report, whether (1) No10 North and (2) the Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet was (a) consulted and (b) involved in the recent pay rise agreed with Avanti West Coast.
