To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 7 September 2026 to Question 26119 on East West Rail Line, how many trains require modification before passenger services can commence between Oxford and Milton Keynes; how many have been modified; and when she expects modification and testing of the full fleet to be completed.
