To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 7 September 2026 to Question 26241 on Road Works: Compensation, what data her Department holds on the cost incurred by highway authorities in undertaking remedial works following defective street works reinstatements in each of the last five years; and how much of that cost was recovered from undertakers.
