To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if her Department will publish an assessment of the potential impact of the Zero Emission Vehicle mandate on (a) the competitiveness of UK-based vehicle manufacturers relative to Chinese vehicle manufacturers and (b) the market share of Chinese-manufactured vehicles in the UK.
