To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 7 September 2026 to Question 26241 on Road Works: Compensation, what data her Department holds on the number of defective street works reinstatements identified in each of the last five years; and what proportion were remedied by the undertaker within the statutory guarantee period.
