To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 8 September 2026 to Question 21972 on Large Goods Vehicles: Licensing, whether her Department has made an assessment of the potential merits of reform of the Goods Vehicle Operator Licensing regime in respect of (a) administrative requirements and (b) costs for road freight operators.
