To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what proportion of funding under the Illegal Wildlife Trade Challenge Fund provided to projects benefiting China has been matched by financial or in-kind contributions from (a) the Chinese Government and (b) other Chinese institutions.
