PARLIAMENTARY WRITTEN QUESTION

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, whether the proposed compensation scheme for family members affected by the Post Office Horizon scandal will allow eligibility for compensation to be determined on the basis of the impact experienced and support provided by family members, rather than solely on whether they were living in the same household as the affected individual at the relevant time.
