To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 8 September 2026 to Question 25253 on Parking: Payments, when her Department's assessment of consumer protections for motorists issued with private parking charges where payment systems are unavailable or malfunctioning will conclude, and when she expects the Private Parking Code of Practice to be brought before Parliament.
