To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the answer of 11 September 2026 to WPQ 26997, if she will publish all DfT and DftO documents and analysis relating to poorer operational performance being the reason for passenger revenue in 2025-26 being lower than forecast for i) SWR, ii) c2c, iii) Greater Anglia, iv) London Northwestern, v) West Midlands Railway, vi) Thameslink, vii) Southern, viii) Great Northern and ix) Gatwick Express routes.
