PARLIAMENTARY WRITTEN QUESTION

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, with reference to the answer of 2 March 2026 to Question 116101, whether each offender in the table is counted once only in each calendar year; whether the previous-conviction band is measured at the offender’s last qualifying conviction in that year; and how many offenders included for 2024 were convicted of theft from a shop more than once during that year.
