To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment her Department has made of greenhouse gas emissions per passenger kilometre from private business jets compared with (a) commercial aviation and (b) rail transport; and how emissions from a typical four-hour private jet flight compare with average annual per-capita emissions in the UK.
